pd999 Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pd999 platform ("we", "our", "service provider") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). pd999 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

1.2 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, registering an account, or using any game or service, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.3 — Changes to Terms

pd999 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send a notice to your registered email.

2.1 — Age Condition

pd999 services are available only to those aged 21 or above. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 — Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, email, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. pd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where incorrect information is provided.

2.3 — One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be considered a sign of system abuse, bonus fraud, or other misconduct. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.1 — Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. Report any unauthorised access to your account to the support team immediately.

3.2 — Responsibility for Account Activity

All activity conducted on your account — placing bets, deposits, withdrawals — is your own responsibility. Even if a third party operates your account, full responsibility for that activity rests with you.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

pd999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal or when a certain threshold is exceeded. Failure to provide the required documents on time may result in your account being temporarily restricted.

4.1 — Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount at pd999 is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). No methods outside this list are currently supported.

4.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete, though this may take longer if identity verification is in progress or additional verification is required. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 — Suspicious Transactions

pd999 reserves the right to suspend transactions for review if any unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected. Funds linked to money laundering or fraud may be forfeited and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting this requirement.

5.3 — Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each bonus offer applies only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Restrictions on specific games or categories may apply when using bonuses.
• pd999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 — VIP Program Terms

pd999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on continued activity and gaming history on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and tier status may change if you are not regularly active.

6.1 — General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pd999 platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or other technical tools to place bets.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means.
• Interfering with another user's account or attempting any form of cyberattack.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system by placing bets in a coordinated or collective manner.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.

6.2 — Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, pd999 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit any balance, and notify the relevant legal authorities.

7.1 — Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on pd999 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and unpredictable. Game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt — maintain their own standards. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server log will be considered the final evidence.

7.2 — Technical Errors

If a game outcome is uncertain due to a server error, internet disconnection, or software fault, pd999 reserves the right to void the disputed round and refund the bet. pd999 is not responsible for losses arising from technical errors.

7.3 — Sports Betting

In the case of sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or altered, pd999 will settle bets in accordance with established rules. pd999 reserves the right to correct any obvious odds errors (publication of incorrect odds) and to void bets placed at those odds.

These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled through arbitration.

11.2 — Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

11.3 — Entire Agreement

These terms and our privacy policy together form the entire agreement between pd999 and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by these terms.
